OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These general conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely via the telematic network.
HOW TO PURCHASE
The works are sold at the indicated price, plus transport costs. Before confirming the purchase and payment, the total cost of the selected products, the transport costs will still be summarized in detail.
PURCHASE ORDER AND COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the purchase order for the selected products sent by the Customer. The sending of the electronic purchase order implies full knowledge by the Customer of these General and Payment Conditions and their acceptance. The Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra- contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, deriving from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is expressly excluded.
PAYMENT AND BILLING
Payment for the products must be made according to the methods chosen when ordering. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) PayPal. During the payment phase, all the data necessary for the correct billing of the order will be collected. On this site, payments are made securely because we use the most advanced protection systems.
JURISDICTION
For all disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of the contracts, the competent court will be the Milan court.

We can ship worldwide by express courier.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs depend on country and type of product purchased.
Before proceeding with the payment you will have a detailed summary of your shipping costs.
DELIVERY METHODS
The delivery of the products will be made by International Express Courier.
Delivery will take place at the address indicated by the Customer.
The customer is required to verify the condition of the package upon delivery in order to report any damage. Only after this verification will the Customer be able to accept the delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
Europe: Printing and Shipping approx. 5 – 8 business days.
Rest of the world: times vary from country to country.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
The working days are indicative.
Ww will not be responsible for any delays by couriers, attributable to external causes or force majeure.
REFUND AND RETURN
Once the delivery has been accepted, after verifying that the package is intact, not damaged or wet, if the contents inside the package are damaged, the Customer will have 24 hours from the delivery date to contact us and request a refund of the insurance in the following ways:
Contact via email shop@annaresmini.com within 24 hours from the delivery date, attaching photos clearly showing the damage and attaching the courier’s receipts.
You will receive the Return Authorization Form by email, without which no return will be accepted. Once the Authorization Form has been obtained, the Customer must follow the instructions for returning the work. From the arrival of the return to our warehouse, the refund will be made within 10 working days. Right of withdrawal The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased.
PACKAGING
All works will be shipped in strong packaging, with care taken to preserve and conserve the product during transport.
Prints will be packed in durable cardboard tubes while packaging for ceramics will vary according to product characteristics.
